Overview
I redesigned a complex purchase flow for a home security system, transforming a lengthy and cumbersome cart experience into a streamlined, user-friendly process. The original flow was bogged down by extensive add-on lists and an overly long checkout.
My goal was to simplify the user journey by automating steps and introducing backend logic that minimized unnecessary frontend interactions. The new design presents essential steps clearly, guiding users through their purchase while offering flexible finalization options to suit their needs.
